Oriens Capital is pleased to announce the sale of IVS Group Holdings Limited (“IVS”) to Omah Group Limited (“Omah Group”). The transaction completed on 2 October 2026, marking Oriens Capital Private Equity Fund LP’s full exit from its investment in IVS.
Oriens Capital first invested in IVS in January 2021 as a succession partner alongside founder Peter Webb and his family. Encompassing biosecurity, certification, testing and training, IVS is fully embedded into the regulatory processes and supply chains of New Zealand’s trade sectors.
Omah Group is a privately owned New Zealand environmental services group. Its companies include New Zealand Biosecurity Services Limited, which delivers biosecurity programmes across New Zealand and internationally and provides surveillance and incursion response as a member of Biosecurity New Zealand’s Readiness and Response Panel. IVS is a strong strategic fit for Omah Group, bringing together complementary biosecurity, verification, inspection and training capabilities within a New Zealand-owned group.
