Van Dyck Fine Foods is a market leader in hotplate baked, frozen thaw-back convenience foods. It offers three core product types – pancakes and pikelets, minis (sweet) and blinis (savoury), and crepes. Products are sold either under the “Marcel’s” brand, through supermarkets’ private label or by contract manufacturing for other food brands. The business operates from a purpose-built factory located in New Plymouth where all product is individually snap-frozen, then packed and distributed. Key markets are primarily supermarket and foodservice in New Zealand and Australia.

Cloudland Group is a leading IT platform and managed services business in New Zealand, delivering a comprehensive suite of IT services to small and medium sized business particularly in the healthcare and professional services sectors. The transaction represented a merger of two businesses Tech Management Group Limited (TMG) and Cloudland Limited (Cloudland).

Fastmount, founded in 2004 by Gregg Kelly, is recognised as the global gold standard for hidden panel mounting systems on superyachts, with an increasing presence in the architectural and furniture markets. Fastmount continues to grow sales through its large distributor network in key markets including US, the Netherlands, France, Italy and the UK.

With over 50 years of experience, NTD operates as a high-quality injection moulding and integrated toolmaking specialist. NTD operates from its Napier facility offering a comprehensive range of services including product and tool design, product analysis, toolmaking, injection moulding, metal pressing, and mechanical assembly.

Tekplas operates from a near new, state of the art modern facility in Hamilton and is the only facility in New Zealand offering plastic moulding inside an ISO Class 7 clean environment. This means Tekplas can meet extremely high quality and food safety standards and deliver customised solutions to a range of advanced technical industries which require hygiene grade packaging products.

Nautical Group Holdings Limited (NGH) comprises Railblaza Limited (Railblaza), and Railblaza USA Inc. (the US distributor). Railblaza, is a leading international player in small-end marine and paddle sports accessories. Its product lines include kayak carts, rod holders and a range of mounts. Railblaza products are found in all major marine markets including the USA, Europe, Australia and New Zealand.

Railblaza USA was acquired by NGH from YakGear Inc. in February 2022.

Rockit Global Ltd, based in Havelock North, Hawke’s Bay has the global and exclusive license to grow and market the Rockit™ (PremA96) apple.

Rockit™ apples are small, sweet, crisp and juicy. With its innovative convenience packaging it positions Rockit™ as a premium fruit snack. Fruit is grown under licence in Europe, the USA, Australia and Hawkes Bay here in New Zealand. Its key markets are in China, South East Asia, and the Middle East.

Bluelab is an innovative, high growth global agri-tech business headquartered in Tauranga. Bluelab designs and assembles innovative electronic products, which measure and control inputs including temperature, pH, and conductivity in controlled environment agriculture (“CEA”) systems. Rhino Manufacturing is the New Zealand industry leader in truck and trailer mudguards and ancillary parts. Rhino sells its products to truck part wholesalers, corporate entities, independent truck assembly businesses, repairers, and branded truck importers in New Zealand and Australia. Its sales are a mix of componentry for new truck or trailer builds, as well as replacements and repairs.

Encompassing biosecurity, certification, testing and training, IVS is fully embedded in the New Zealand trade sector. IVS is NZ’s leading provider of biosecurity services for importers and exporters and is approved by MPI as an Independent Verification Agency (IVA). IVS provides container clearance, transitional facility support and vehicle border inspection services. IVS also holds ISO 17020 accreditation.
